Divine Hospice & Palliative Care is a small, privately owned hospice company in Denver Colorado that is trying to carry out a mission close to our hearts. We need donations and volunteers to help reach out and provide care to those that need them the most but do not have the resources available.

Medical Services

Divine Hospice & Palliative Care is committed to providing comprehensive, quality driven medical services with great care and compassion.

We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, Clear Creek, and Southwest Weld counties in Colorado.


Our medical services include:

  • 24-hour nursing care in times of crisis
  • Palliative Consults and Treatments
  • Medications Related to Terminal Illness
  • Licensed Nurse and Home Health Aide Visits
  • Social workers who specialize in helping patients and families to live well and fully as they cope with issues surrounding a life-limiting illness.
  • Chaplains offer services sensitive to the spiritual needs of those facing a life-limiting illness. We also offer Catholic Chaplains
  • Equipment & Medications Needed for Comfort
  • Dietary Counselor
  • Volunteers to help the family by running errands, staying with the patient as the caregiver takes a break and doing other tasks that are guided by the patient’s needs.
  • Bereavement services for family members of hospice patients, including grief support groups, educational programs and individual counseling.
