Bringing the best in Hospice Care to Denver

Divine Hospice & Palliative Care serves people with serious illnesses. Our hospice care and palliative services was created to help assure that every patient is cared for compassionately, comfortably and with dignity, and that every family receives the support they need during this difficult time.

When medical treatments can no longer cure a disease, our interdisciplinary team of hospice care professionals still can do a great deal to control pain, reduce anxiety and offer needed spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families. We introduce gradual, non-crisis transitions from curative care to hospice care. There is time to talk, to try treatments and therapies, and to ensure comfort and dignity.

Care at Divine Hospice & Palliative Care is focused on serving and comforting patients and families at the end of their lives. We offer a range of hospice care services, bereavement support and grief resources to support loved ones.

We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, Clear Creek, and Southwest Weld counties in Colorado.

How to Access Care

Many individuals and families could benefit from hospice care but are unaware of how to access hospice services. Some are afraid to discuss it, some wait for a physician to suggest it, and some don’t know that they can initiate hospice care on their own, as long as eligibility standards are met.

It’s important to remember that hospice does not extend or shorten life expectancy, but seeks to improve the quality of time that is left.

If you can, it’s important to let healthcare providers know early on in a life-limiting illness if you or your loved one would want hospice care when and if it makes sense. Divine Hospice & Palliative Care welcomes the opportunity to discuss your family's needs, and how we can provide you the best service possible for you or your loved ones.
